Vital Living Healthcare Cancellation Policy

Paul Cox M.D., M.S., and the staff at Vital Living Healthcare want to be available for your needs and the needs of all of our valued patients.  When a patient does not come in for a scheduled appointment, another patient loses an opportunity to be seen.

We understand that unplanned issues may arise and you may be unable to keep a scheduled appointment.  If this should happen, please give 24 hours’ notice to ensure that you are not charged a fee.  If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or you are a no-show for your scheduled appointment, a fee of $25 will be charged.

Thank you for being a valued patient and for your understanding and cooperation with this policy.  This policy allows us to open otherwise unused appointments to better serve the needs of our patients.
