Welcome to a Better Way to Do HRT

About Our HRT Membership Program

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is a personalized medical protocol designed to restore and balance key hormones — such as estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone — using bioidentical compounds that mirror what the body naturally produces.

In women, this supports relief from perimenopause and menopause symptoms like hot flashes, mood changes, sleep issues, bone density loss, low libido, and more.

For men, it addresses low-testosterone issues such as fatigue, mood swings, reduced muscle mass, low libido, and metabolic challenges.

Who Our HRT Membership Is For

Whether you’re just beginning to notice changes in mood, energy, or sleep — or you’ve been struggling for years with symptoms that haven’t been taken seriously — this program is for you.

We care for women at every stage of hormonal transition, from early perimenopause to long past menopause, and men facing low-T and age-related shifts. Even if you’ve tried HRT before and felt like it didn’t work, we take a fresh, personalized approach that’s grounded in science and built around your goals.

Vital Living Healthcare provides tailored hormone optimization plans designed to meet the specific needs of both men and women, producing results that allow them to enjoy life regardless of age by improving energy and vitality.

HRT Membership Program FAQs

Why is the membership a 12-month commitment?

Achieving hormonal balance is a process, not a one-time fix. Hormone levels fluctuate naturally, and it can take time to identify the ideal treatment plan for each individual. Our membership structure ensures you receive continuous care, including lab monitoring, follow-ups, and treatment adjustments, over the course of a full year to achieve optimal results.

What’s the difference between pellet and non-pellet therapy?

Pellet therapy delivers consistent hormone levels over time through small implants placed just under the skin, typically every 3–6 months. Non-pellet therapies include injections, patches, creams, or oral medications that may be dosed more frequently. We help determine the best delivery method for your needs and adjust as needed throughout your treatment.

How many labs and follow-up visits are included?

Your membership includes up to 6 full HRT lab panels per year and 12 in-person or phone/virtual visits annually. Most patients only need 3–4 follow-ups a year, but if adjustments are needed, like changing your treatment method or dosage, you’ll have easy access to your practitioner. This flexibility ensures we can monitor your progress and make any necessary changes at no extra cost to you.

Do I have to use compounded medications?

Not at all. While some patients benefit from compounded medications, we also offer discounted commercial prescriptions like testosterone, estrogen patches, oral progesterone, and more through our included HRT Club membership. You and your provider will decide together what’s best based on your goals, medical history, and preferences.

Can I pause or cancel my membership mid-year?

Because this program is designed to deliver full support over a 12-month period, membership is not refundable or pausable once initiated. This ensures continuity of care and helps us deliver the best possible outcome for your hormone health. Please refer to the cancellation policy for further details.

I feel better after just a few months, do I still need the whole year?

Absolutely. Early improvements are common, but hormones must be continued or the benefits will not last. The full year allows us to refine and maintain your results through every stage of the journey, not just the beginning.

Will my insurance cover any part of the membership?

Our membership is a self-pay program and is not billed to insurance. However, many patients use HSA or FSA funds to pay for their membership. We’re happy to provide a summary of services for reimbursement purposes upon request.

What type of lab panels are included in my HRT membership?

Your membership includes comprehensive hormone panels designed to give us a complete picture of your health.

For men, the initial lab panel typically includes testosterone (total and free), estradiol, PSA, LH, thyroid markers (TSH, Free T3, Free T4), and a CBC. Follow-up labs are customized based on your treatment but generally focus on testosterone, estradiol, LH, and CBC to monitor response and adjust dosing.

For women, panels include testosterone, estradiol, progesterone, FSH, and thyroid markers (TSH, Free T3, Free T4) to evaluate hormone balance and guide therapy.
Your membership covers up to five full HRT lab panels per year, along with two InBody scans to track body composition. Additional scans and practitioner reviews are available at discounted member rates.

How do I get started?

Your journey begins with a complimentary consultation where we’ll discuss your goals, symptoms, and how the program works. If you decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your initial lab panel and blood draw. Once your results are in, you’ll meet with your practitioner for a comprehensive review and personalized treatment plan, then begin your therapy with full support every step of the way.

How soon will I start to feel better?

Many patients begin feeling improvements like better sleep, increased energy, or improved mood, within just a few weeks. However, true hormone optimization often requires time and a few adjustments to get it just right. This is a collaborative process, and your feedback is essential. By openly communicating your symptoms and changes, we can fine-tune your treatment plan for the best possible results.

Are there any side effects?

While these are mild, some of these side effects like breast tenderness, acne, and mood changes can happen, but our patients are experiencing such great benefits in other areas so they are not really bothersome.

Are prescriptions mailed to me or picked up?

Compounded medications will be shipped by Integrity Pharmacy via FedEx. Commercial prescriptions will be sent to the pharmacy of your choice or through your exclusive access to the HRT Club (recommended due to substantial discounts from this benefit). All medications will be shipped directly to you unless you are using a commercial pharmacy for specific medications.

Do I have to use a compounding pharmacy?

Not at all. While some patients benefit from compounded medications, many do just as well with commercially available options. At this time, our HRT Club offers prescription savings exclusively on commercial medications, including testosterone, estrogen patches, and more. If compounded therapy is recommended, your provider will discuss options and pricing with you directly.

Is sexual wellness included in this membership?

Yes, hormone balance often plays a key role in sexual health. As part of your membership, you’ll have access to discounted sexual wellness prescriptions like Viagra and Cialis through the HRT Club.

Will you help with nutrition, fitness, or sleep?

Yes, our team provides guidance on key lifestyle factors like sleep, stress, movement, and nutrition to complement your hormone plan. While not included in the HRT membership, we offer optional add-ons such as peptide therapy, medical-grade supplements, and our medical weight loss program with GLP-1 medications to further support your health goals.

For those seeking a more comprehensive, all-in-one wellness experience, our Bespoke Concierge Primary Care Program includes access to hormone therapy, peptides, weight loss, yearly executive physical with comprehensive treatment plan, TRUAGE testing, after-hours availability for unexpected health questions, and ongoing personalized lifestyle support under one membership. We’ll help you choose the best path for your unique needs.

*Please note this membership type is limited to 300 persons yearly per practitioner.

Can I do other treatments like weight loss or peptides too?

Definitely! Members receive 10% off weight loss medications, peptide therapy, and other services offered through Vital Living Healthcare. We’ll help you stack therapies safely for better results.

If you’re looking for a more comprehensive plan, our Concierge Program offers it all under one membership. This includes hormone therapy, peptides, weight loss, annual executive physicals, TruAge testing, and ongoing wellness and primary care. You’ll also have the peace of mind that your physician’s guidance is always within reach through a private after-hours line.

Is the membership refundable or transferable?

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. We’ve structured this program to deliver long-term support and consistent care over 12 months. You can review our cancellation and refund policy in detail before enrolling.

Will I be notified when it’s time to come in for lab work?

While we will send out reminders to keep you on track, as we stated, this is a partnership; we want you to take ownership in your care.

Can I use HSA or FSA funds to pay?

Yes! Most patients use their HSA or FSA to cover membership costs, lab work, and prescriptions. We’ll gladly provide itemized receipts or statements to support your reimbursement needs.
