Patient Notice
Paul Cox M.D., M.S., and the staff at Vital Living Healthcare want to be available for your needs and the needs of all of our valued patients. When a patient does not come in for a scheduled appointment, another patient loses an opportunity to be seen.
We understand that unplanned issues may arise and you may be unable to keep a scheduled appointment. If this should happen, please give 24 hours notice to ensure that you are not charged a fee. If less than 24 hours notice is given, or you are a no-show for your scheduled appointment, a fee of $25 will be charged.
Thank you for being a valued patient and for your understanding and cooperation with this policy. This policy allows us to open otherwise unused appointments to better serve the needs of our patients.
