Concierge Medicine Program Membership Fees & Payment Options
Concierge medicine costs vary depending on the services and level of support desired. Vital Living Healthcare offers transparent pricing and a personalized approach to make premium care accessible and valuable for each patient.
- Single Patient Membership (Age 40+): $2,200 annually
- Single Patient Membership ( > 40): $1,350 annually
- Family Memberships: We also offer preferred pricing for immediate family members. Please inquire for more details.
Semi-Annual Payment Plans
The Concierge Medicine program at Vital Living Healthcare is a membership based program that is not eligible for financing. However, patients do have the option to pay semi-annually in-house.
For patients who choose to pay semi-annually, a $75 processing fee will be applied to your first payment.
